Parole granted for man jailed over wife’s murder
Geraldine Derryn has bee강릉출장안마n granted a conditional release to appear for jury on a number of charges.
“My inten홀덤tion is to see her here in the High Court again for a trial and not in prison for the rest of my life,” Derryn said on Thursday.
Derryn, 60, was originally released in October 2014 following a 12-month jail sentence for the murder of her wife Cathy.
She was then arrested by NSW Police for the mur인터넷 카지노der two years later and charged with the sexual assault of a minor.
She remained behind bars for nine years before she was charged in March with two counts of premeditated murder and one count of the abduction of a child.
Derryn was originally granted bail, and was due to appear for jury at Shepparton Local Court on April 3.
She could face two charges of murder and kidnapping if convicted of those charges in the High Court: firstly to abscond, and secondly to commit an offence.
Derryn has not said how she intends to vote on Sunday’s election.
Derryn is also being represented by lawyer John Bays, who has acted for several victims of child sexual abuse.
